Something fishy is going on in New York City.
Two of recent history’s most shamed politicians—Eliot Spitzer, who stepped down as governor of New York in 2008 amid a prostitution scandal, and Anthony Weiner, who resigned from Congress in 2011 after tweeting crotch shots—are back and running for office.
