Michael Steele has dropped out of the running for RNC chairman after the fifth round of voting Friday, and Reince Priebus was elected the new chairman. Steele was just one vote behind Priebus after the first round, but dropped toward the bottom of the pack by Round 4. Steele was given a standing ovation after stepping aside. "It's very clear that the party wants to do something different," Steele said.
