Sterling Signed NBA Morals Contract

Donald Sterling signed moral and ethical contracts with the National Basketball Association that the league plans to use against him, USA Today reported Wednesday. Language in the contracts would purportedly prevent the Los Angeles Clippers' owner from expressing views that are detrimental to the league. If that person is found to do so, then they could be bounced from ownership under Article 13(d) of the NBA constitution. That section says an owner may be terminated if he fails to fullfill "contractual obligations to the Association, its Members, Players, or any other third party in such a way as to affect the Association or its Members adversely."
