String of Earthquakes Hit Phoenix

Three minor earthquakes rocked Phoenix on Sunday, sending shock waves throughout several cities. The series of minor quakes took place near Black Canyon City, about 45 miles north of Phoenix. The first magnitude 3.2 quake struck at 8:59 p.m., followed by a magnitude 4.1 tremor at 11:29 p.m. The third quake took place at 11:49 p.m. No immediate injuries or damage were reported.
