The FBI is now investigating an incident involving an explosion in Central Park in New York City that left a college student with a blown off left foot. Connor Golden, 18 years old, was climbing off a rock in the park when the explosion took place. Authorities now believe it was a homemade firecracker. The authorities believe it had been in place for more than a day. The police also announced that as of now they have no reason to believe it was terrorism related.
