A suicide bomber attacked a memorial service for Hamid Karzai’s brother, Ahmad, in Kandahar Thursday, killing four people and injuring 13. Among the dead is Hikmatullah Hikmat, a senior cleric. Ahmad was killed Tuesday by a bodyguard, who was hanged in a public square according to the Daily Mail (warning: graphic photos). Hamid Karzai, was not at the service, his spokesman said.
