Pop megastar Taylor Swift has once again proved she is a woman of the people, after a clip surfaced showing her lavishing Grammys afterparty backroom staff with cash tips. A chorus of “thank yous” rang out as Swift, decked out in a shimmering silver dress, dished out apparent cash wads to four workers. A video circulating online shows the moment, which appears to take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, where the Grammy Awards took place earlier this month. “Thank you so much for all your hard work,” Swift, who is known for her charitable tendencies, is heard saying. “We appreciate you so much,” one of the lucky staffers responds. Swift donated $197 million in bonuses to her performers and crew over the course of her Eras Tour between March 2023 and December 2024. Meanwhile, Swift was up for six Grammy Awards but was snubbed on all counts. This week, the singer appeared to be taken aback by fans’ negative reaction after the Super Bowl Jumbotron showed her on screen.
