Tea Party Loses in Kansas

In what was seen as the last chance for Tea Party conservatives to knock off a Republican senator this year, Milton Wolf failed to oust Pat Roberts of Kansas, who won his primary on Tuesday 48.1 percent to 40.8 percent. Roberts, who has been in Congress since 1981, had been accused of losing touch with his home state. Wolf was a physician as well as a distant relative of President Obama.
