An 18-year-old California woman was arrested Monday after she live-streamed a fatal car crash that killed her sister. Obdulia Sanchez is accused of driving under the influence Friday when she lost control of a 2003 Buick, which crashed through a fence before flipping over, sending her 14-year-old sister and another teen passenger flying from the vehicle. Sanchez live-streamed the crash and its aftermath, posting a video to Instagram that shows the bloodied, motionless body of her sister, Jacqueline, as she says, “Hey, everybody, if I go to fucking jail for life, you already know why.” Her sister later died of her injuries; the other passenger is expected to survive. Sanchez’s father, Nicandro, described the fatal crash as an “accident” Monday. “What I think is she knows she’s done something wrong. Because she knows, and that’s what I feel. She feels bad for herself, but she killed her own sister,” he told ABC affiliate KFSN.
