Justin Posey, a 17-year-old in Baton Rouge, is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in August, who later tested positive for HIV. He was charged with third-degree rape which carries a sentence of up to 25 years in prison. According to the girl in question, she was raped while visiting her uncle's house.
