The boys are 13, 16, and 17.

Three teenaged boys were arrested on Monday in connection with the deaths of two people at a homeless encampment in Seattle. The incident, which occurred last week at a camp dubbed "The Jungle," may have started as a dispute over drugs, one witness told The Seattle Times. At least two people allegedly opened fire on a group huddled around a fire, killing Jeannine L. Zapata and James Quoc Tran and wounding others. The boys who were arrested are 13, 16, and 17. Police found a handgun at the time of the arrests.
