Two teenagers in Asheville, North Carolina have been charged with involuntary manslaughter and felony child abuse of their baby. 17-year-old Winston Eccleston and 17-year-old Lacey Mathews were initially reported missing but were found at a remote campsite in good condition. Police say they got a call on March 6 regarding an infant suffereing from a medical emergency which led them to begin their criminal investigation.
