France again is reeling from a gruesome terror attack, as two men, reportedly claiming ties to ISIS, attacked an American-owned gas factory. According to news reports, the assailants rammed their car into the industrial site, causing an explosion and leaving behind a head covered in Arabic writing at the entrance to the facility.
