Texas Cops Arrest Wisconsin Men for Allegedly Plotting to Join ISIS

Police in Texas have arrested two men who are accused of planning to travel to either Syria or Iraq to join ISIS. Officials announced the two Wisconsin men, Jason Michael Ludke, 35, and Yosvany Padilla-Conde, 30, were stopped earlier this month near San Angelo as they were allegedly en route to get documents and aid in Mexico in order to make the trip to the front lines. Court documents say Ludke was charged with attempting to provide material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization. Padilla-Conde was charged with aiding and abetting his travel partner’s efforts. According to a criminal complaint, an undercover FBI agent chatted with Ludke on social media, where he told the official of his plans to purchase the travel papers in Mexico and of his pledge to support ISIS.
