Thai police said Sunday that a doctor removed a stolen 6-carat diamond from the large intestine of a Chinese woman. She and another man were arrested as they were trying to leave the country after allegedly stealing the jewel. The suspects first denied involvement but X-rays showed it in her body. It is worth an estimated $10 million baht or $278,000 dollars.
