The Daily Beast is thrilled to announce we’ve been nominated for three Digital Ellies, the American Society of Magazine Editors’ annual awards honoring the very best in digital media. The Beast is shortlisted in the categories of overall design excellence; special commentary (for Michelle Goldberg's incisive columns on personhood, the abortion debate, and more); and online department, which honors a regularly updated, clearly branded channel, for Book Beast. The winners will be announced at a lunch in New York City on March 20. Congrats to the other nominees!
