Manila-based blogger Bryanboy came onto the scene a few years ago with an impossible to miss slogan that appropriately matches his larger-than-life persona: "I'm so gay I sweat glitter." A die-hard fan of couture and not afraid to flirt with flamboyance, Bryanboy has become a favorite fashion blogger within the industry. Want proof? Marc Jacobs himself named a handbag after Bryanboy, not to mention models and photographers alike have sent him photos of themselves holding signs reading "I Love Bryanboy" (a trend sparked by the site’s diehard reader base). And, thanks to his now solidified reputation, designers like Kim Jones (who sits at the helm of Dunhill) are inviting Bryanboy to pre-show studio visits, placing him on the same plane as most fashion editors when it comes to access.

Since founding her blog Fashion Toast, Rumi Neely has gone from relative obscurity to household name status within the fashion industry. Not only has the San Francisco-based blogger scored a modeling contract with NEXT models thanks in large part to the portraits of the blogger in expertly styled ensembles punctuating her blog (Neely recently did a shoot for Lucky's September issue). She's also signed up to both star in ads for surfwear/skate company RVCA (which recently enlisted the help of model Erin Wasson to design a line), as well as to design a collection under RVCA's umbrella.

Former showroom owner Scott Schuman has been making a name for himself in the fashion industry via his photo blog, The Sartorialist, for several seasons. Schuman's unique eye and evocative images (always keen to idiosyncratic details like a particular pocket square or cuff) have landed him gigs shooting for the likes of Style.com and GQ. (It doesn't hurt that Schuman's images have long feature a mix of industry heavyweights and random city folk, all of whom boast stellar personal style). Schuman is currently working on his debut street style book, to be published by Penguin and weigh in at just over 500 pages. The collection of The Sartorialist images is slated to hit stores in September and include an accompanying tour.

London based Susie Lau (aka: Susie Bubble) is perhaps one of the most recognizable names in the fashion blogging biz. Having launched Style Bubble back in 2006, Lau has since spawned significant media attention, not to mention attracted tens of thousands of followers. Her reputation within the industry has landed her temporary gigs like helping choose the winner of year's Nokia Young Fashion Designer Award 2009. And, on top of updating her blog daily, the London-based face is currently acting commissioning editor for Dazed & Confused's online porthole, Dazed Digital.

French fashion blogger Garance Dore and her namesake blog rose to fame in the last year. Since breaking into the fashion blogging world, Dore has landed numerous gigs shooting editorials for fashion magazines, as well as work styling them. She was recently given the opportunity to take over two pages in Australian Vogue with her ethereal illustrations and inimitably Parisian sartorial leanings. And it turns out Dore is even involved in a fashion blogger romance: Her boyfriend is none other than The Sartorialist's Scott Schuman.

Photographer Tommy Ton of the blog Jak & Jil has risen to the fashion blog premier ranks thanks to his seemingly endless stream of striking street style images. Tommy Ton's subjects tend to range from fashion's most infamous editors, to a nouveau garde of high-fashion connoisseurs; meaning, more often than not, his blog features off-the-runway fashions before they land in magazines. And his spot-on eye, ideal for editorial work has landed him a recent gig shooting an advertising campaign for Lane Crawford. The photo blogger also recently partnered with freshly re-launched The Pop, where one can now find even more Tommy Ton images.
