The aftermath of last week’s alleged drunk-driving accident at South by Southwest continues. Sandy Thuy Le, one of the victims struck during the accident, passed away Monday, making her the third casualty. Le, 26, had been in critical condition with head injuries since the accident. Her brother said: “Not to sound cliché, she would just brighten up a room when she would walk in.” More than 20 people were also allegedly injured by 21-year-old rapper Rashad Owens, who was fleeing police. He is due to appear in court on April 9, and he will remain in jail in lieu of $3 million bail.
