U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Friday that moving the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem will take at least two years. “This is not something that is going to happen this year, or probably not next year,” Tillerson said. “But the president does want us to move in a very concrete, very steadfast way.” Tillerson pointed to the need to find an appropriate location, draw up building plans, and get permits as steps that will slow down the President Trump’s moving order.
