Two additional women have filed police reports accusing Russell Simmons of rape, TMZ reported Tuesday. The criminal complaints were reportedly filed with the New York Police Department in December; and the allegations surround incidents that took place in 1983 and 1991. One of the accusers, Sherri Hines, appeared on Megyn Kelly’s NBC show last month to share her story.
