Pop star Justin Bieber is applying for U.S. citizenship but will retain his Canadian citizenship as well, TMZ reports. The Ontario-born star has reportedly already filed an application ahead of his planned marriage to model Hailey Baldwin. Bieber, who moved to Atlanta when he was 13, already spends most of his time in the U.S. and has a green card. Once he receives U.S. citizenship, he will be able to vote and hold public office, but not the presidency.
