Police arrested a Nashville-area schoolteacher at his home Monday morning and charged him with sexual exploitation of a minor after he was allegedly caught manufacturing child pornography. According to an official affidavit, Jarrett Jones, 30, a teacher and assistant director of band at Antioch High School, reportedly made videos of at least 40 different female elementary school girls changing in a closet between 2011 and 2015. Police described how in the first video they found, a female student entered the music-room closet with Jones, who handed her a Napier Elementary School choir shirt to try on. After the girl did not remove her training bra, Jones sent her back into the closet to remove it and once again put on the choir shirt. The local sheriff’s department charged Jones with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor—all felony offenses. During an interview with police, Jones admitted to filming 20 of the girls and to having the footage on his personal computer hard drive.
