The Crimson Tide’s coach is rolling in the green. USA Today’s annual ranking of college football coaches by salary shows the University of Alabama’s Nick Saban—who leads the No. 1 team in the nation—topped the list with a total pay of $7,160,187. That’s more than $1.6 million over last year. Michigan State’s Mark Dantonia came in second with $5.6 million, followed by Oklanhoma’s Bob Stoops and Texas A&M’s Kevin Sumlin, who both take in just above $5 million. Ending the list at No. 121 is Appalachian State’s Scott Satterfield at a meager $225,000.
