Calgary-based energy firm TransCanada Corp. has filed a lawsuit against President Obama in U.S. Federal Court in Texas, alleging that he exceeded his constitutional powers in denying the construction of the company's Keystone XL pipeline. TransCanada also announced Wednesday that it will file a claim under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), alleging the Keystone denial was an unjustified action.
