Results of a probe into the Treasury Department reveal rampant unethical behavior, including accepting gifts from business executives, soliciting prostitutes, and other conflicts of interest. Probes revealing personnel issues are common within the executive branch of government, but rarely are they publicized. The Treasury is the latest department of the Obama administration to be discovered breaking rules, following General Services Administration and Secret Service scandals.
