Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau offered up apologies late Wednesday after he was accused of “manhandling” a member of parliament during a debate about an assisted-dying bill. A video of the incident shows Trudeau grabbing the arm of Opposition Whip Gord Brown and trying to take him to his seat. New Democratic Party MP Ruth-Ellen Brosseau alleged that Trudeau also accidentally elbowed her in the chest as the scuffle went on.
