Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton won their respective parties’ Arizona primary vote Tuesday evening, securing the delegate-rich southwestern state for the two frontrunners. Former Sec. Clinton handily defeated Bernie Sanders in the Grand Canyon State, pulling in at least 60 percent of the vote upon first reporting; Trump, meanwhile, outpolled second-place Ted Cruz by 20 percentage points as results poured in. Later Tuesday, Cruz handed the GOP frontrunner his worst defeat to date, leading with 69 percent of the vote in Utah’s caucuses, followed by Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s 16 percent—and Trump at just 13.3 percent. Meanwhile, Sanders was declared winner in Utah and Idaho, where he took in 79 and 78 percent of votes, respectively.
