The latest report from the Republican National Committee to the Federal Election Commission indicates that Donald Trump did not raise money for the RNC in the month of October. His campaign is largely relying on the RNC to supply help for its ground game. Trump is reportedly also not planning on doing any other high-dollar fundraising events for the rest of the campaign. There were no documented transfers from Trump Victory, the joint fundraising committee that allows the candidate to raise and share money with the RNC. This comes at a time when the money could have been used for get-out-the-vote operations.
