Donald Trump sure knows how to crash a party. The real-estate mogul grabbed headlines Tuesday after arguing with Wolf Blitzer—and then appeared at a Las Vegas fundraiser Tuesday with Mitt Romney, who had just clinched the Republican nomination. Romney thanked Trump for use of his Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, and said he “appreciated” Trump’s help. Earlier Tuesday, Trump attempted to resurrect the birther debate by telling Blitzer “a lot of people do not think it’s an authentic birth certificate,” to which Blitzer responded that Trump is “beginning to sound a little ridiculous.” Tuesday’s fundraiser netted an estimated $2 million from about 200 people, mainly gaming moguls.
