President Trump on Thursday morning bashed still-suffering Puerto Rico, where residents are starving without food, clean water, or electricity service. “Electric and all infrastructure was disaster before hurricanes. Congress to decide how much to spend. We cannot keep FEMA, the Military & the First Responders, who have been amazing (under the most difficult circumstances) in P.R. forever!” He also quoted right-leaning reporter Sharyl Attkisson as saying, “Puerto Rico survived the Hurricanes, now a financial crisis looms largely of their own making.” (That quote came from a video promoting her upcoming report this Sunday for her Sinclair Broadcasting-hosted newsmagazine show.) As of Tuesday, only 10 percent of the island’s 3.4 million residents had electricity.
