During an early Saturday tweetstorm, President Trump warned of the ominous consequences that could befall the United States if he isn't allowed to implement his Jan. 27 executive order on travel restrictions. “When a country is no longer able to say who can, and who cannot, come in & out, especially for reasons of safety & security—big trouble!” Trump tweeted, adding, “Interesting that certain Middle-Eastern countries agree with the ban. They know if certain people are allowed in it's death & destruction!” Hours before, a federal judge had issued a broad ruling against the order, marking a significant legal block for the administration. So far, only one predominantly Muslim country has publicly stated support for the ban: the UAE's foreign minister, Abdullah bin-Zayed al-Nayhan, defended it last week.
