A judge has ordered that the two men allegedly responsible for a shooting rampage in Tulsa Saturday be held on more than $9 million bail each. The shooting rampage killed three people. Alvin Watts and Jake England are being held on suspicion of three counts of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, and one count of possession of a firearm with intent to kill. Police found the two men at a house on Sunday, after anonymous tips identified England as the shooter. Police are now investigating whether both men fired shots or just one of them.
