The two remaining inmates who escaped from an Orange County jail have been captured by the San Francisco police department. Jonathan Tieu and Hossein Nayeri were in prison on violence-related charges at the time of their escape last week. The third escaped inmate, a man named Bac Duong, surrendered himself to police on Friday.
