Iraqi forces have retaken control of two ISIS towns near the eastern border. According to Iraqi officials, the towns of Saadiya and Jalula in the eastern Diyala province have been recaptured after troops entered the towns late Sunday. Iraqi troops were backed by Shiite and Kurdish forces in beating back ISIS, which had seized control of the towns during the summer. Now, police are working to defuse any roadside bombs planted by ISIS before they withdrew.
