Your Uber nightmare just happened in West Hollywood. A man working for the ride-sharing company was arrested for allegedly kidnapping an intoxicated woman with the intent of sexually assaulting her on Sunday night. It's unclear if the woman, who was leaving a nightclub, hailed the car with her phone, or if the driver had been outside the club already and picked her up. She called police the next morning after waking up beside the shirtless man. “The irony is, the victim was trying to be responsible by calling for a ride, but she unwittingly put herself in another vulnerable situation,” the LAPD said.
