Under new powers outlined by British Prime Minister David Cameron, British jihadis who have traveled abroad to fight will not be allowed to return unless they agree to strict controls. The new powers also would give officials the ability to stop potential jihadis from leaving the U.K. Cameron announced the new rules while in Australia for the G20 summit. The proposed new powers are part of a Counter-Terrorism Bill the leader hopes will become law by the end of January.
