Ukraine’s fugitive president has some tough days in store when and if he resurfaces. The Ukrainian parliament voted today to send Viktor Yanukovych to The Hague to be tried for the violence that led to 82 deaths last week. Former interior minister Vitali Zakharchenko and the prosecutor general, Viktor Pshonka, are also on the run and set to be sent to the International Criminal Court. The interim government is working to hunt down all three.
