Security Council member talks under way.

Members of the U.N. Security Council have started talks to end sanctions on Iran, according to a Reuters report. The five permanent members—Britain, China, France, Russia, and the United States—have begun discussing with Germany and Iran the possibility of lifting the sanctions if a nuclear agreement is reached.
