Wanted, dead or alive: U.S. citizen and radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, believed to be hiding in Yemen. In a rare move, the Obama administration has authorized the death of an American citizen, the Associated Press reports. Al-Awlaki, who was born in New Mexico to Yemeni parents, is apparently an al Qaeda recruiter who U.S. intelligence has tied to the 9/11 hijackers, the Christmas Day bomber, and the accused Fort Hood shooter. That's not all—al-Awlaki's personal web site encourages people to kill U.S. troops in Iraq, and it is believed that he may now be participating in attacks on the U.S.
