Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper said he believes that malicious foreign hackers are spying on the presidential candidates. The Department of Homeland Security and the FBI are working closely with each campaign to ramp up cybersecurity, Clapper said at the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday morning. "We'll probably have more" cyberattacks, he added.
