Under Magnitsky Act.

Four more Russians have been sanctioned by the U.S. under the Magnitsky Act, a law passed in 2012 that punishes human rights offenders in Russia. According to the U.S. Treasury Department, a prosecutor, Viktor Grin, and an intelligence agency investigator, Andrei Strizhov, are being sanctioned along with two officials of Chechnya.
