An American woman was brutally stabbed to death in the woods outside of Jerusalem yesterday, and her British tour guide barely survived the attack. Christine Logan, a U.S. tourist, was walking to an archaeological site when two Arab men approached her and her guide asking for water. Minutes later, the men attacked, killing Logan and stabbing her tour guide, an Israeli citizen named Kaye Wilson, at least 12 times before she was able to escape. Police haven’t ruled out criminal motives, but they said on Sunday that they believe it was a “nationalistic attack.”
