U.S. Turns Back N. Korean Ship: Report

Two weeks ago, the United States Navy blocked a North Korean ship from delivering suspected missile technology to Myanmar. The U.S. intercepted the ship near Shanghai and asked four times to board before finally getting permission; the standoff lasted several days. A similar confrontation earned much more media attention two years ago; last year, a similar suspected shipment made it from North Korea to Myanmar.
