The University of Tennessee has filed a motion in federal court to remove a paragraph in a sexual violence lawsuit that references an allegation against Peyton Manning. The allegation is from 1996 and references an incident in which Manning allegedly "sat on" the face of associate trainer Jamie Whited. The university says the plaintiffs did not explain why the paragraph was in there as it does not pertain to any of the plaintiffs directly.
