28-year-old Uzbek citizen Azizjon Rakhmatov was arrested in New York on Wednesday for allegedly conspiring to provide support to ISIS. He is the sixth person to be charged in New York for the same plan. Rakhmatov allegedly belonged to a domestic support group for the terrorist organization that worked to raise money to help people travel to Syria and join ISIS.
