From France and via the VBS.tv Creator's Project, meet Ladj Ly, a 29-year-old filmmaker, actor, journalist, and co-founder of the expansive French audiovisual collective Kourtrajmé. He is a resident of Clichy Montfermeil, the epicenter of the tragic and violent 2005 French riots.
