Right on the heels of Yves Saint-Laurent’s record-setting auction, the Independent is reporting that Sotheby’s will auction off the contents of Gianni Versace’s Italian home on March 18th. The auction’s 546 lots, which include bronze busts, glazed terracotta reliefs, and 19th-century paintings, went on display today in London. Versace was murdered outside his home in 1997.
