Veuve Clicquot Found on Ocean Floor

Discoveries

The remains of the incredible discovery of a 230-year-old Baltic shipwreck include a cache of King Louis XVI’s bubbly.

Wine tasters today announced that the Champagne found at the bottom of the ocean is still drinkable—good, actually—after hundreds of years underwater. If it’s indeed determined to be King Louis XVI's, it may go for millions of dollars at auction.
