Video: Helicopters Open Fire in Ankara

Footage from an ongoing military coup in Turkey appears to show a helicopter opening fire in the capital city of Ankara. Turkey’s state-run Andoula Agency reports that 17 police officers were killed in a helicopter attack by the military launching a coup against the government, although it is unclear if this was the same attack captured in the video footage. Meanwhile, an F-16 loyal to the elected government shot down a helicopter full of “coup plotters.”
