The New York Police Department released a video on Thursday that shows a man who fired five shots last night backstage at a T.I. concert. Brooklyn-based rapper Troy Ave is believed to be the man firing shots in the video. He was charged on Thursday after the incident killed one—a 33-year-old identified as one of Troy's associates—and wounded two others. The incident allegedly arose from his beef with the rapper Maino, who had just left the stage. Troy reportedly wounded himself during the incident when a bullet grazed his leg.
